Every time freshers season rolls around, news websites and timelines are filled with a steady stream of articles sharing apparent wisdom and advice for the latest wave of anxious, excited and open-minded teenagers starting university that autumn.
And every single year, we grow more and more frustrated with the fact that more often than not, the advice doled out amounts to little more than horror stories of deaths and illnesses which unnerve and unsettle another generation of students and their families.
We have had enough of the doom and gloom.
We are sick and tired of fear and negativity defining our young people.
Instead of the clickbait narrative of worst case scenarios that strike fear and worry into the hearts of freshers and their parents, we want to speak hope and life over the next generation of creators, influencers, leaders and thinkers starting up at university.
We have hope for the freshers, for the impact they will have for the Kingdom and the legacy they can leave at their universities. Check out these three blogs to be inspired and encouraged about the potential for what university can look like for you.
