The role of Fusion General Manager is being created to develop and manage the new Fusion Head Office in Loughborough from September 2011. Fusion is looking for someone who is excited by Fusion’s vision to reach each generation of students with the love of God and equip them to make a difference with their lives. They will be joining a passionate and committed team facilitating a growing and effective people movement.

 

 

The role includes day to day management of administrative, office and financial functions. It includes the development of these systems to make them more effective and supporting the National Team Leader in respect of the overall strategy and direction, via delivery of effective infrastructure and operations.

 

Salary is dependent on qualifications and experience. The job is office-based, but some travel may be necessary to gain field experience.
