Westminster Chapel is a lively, loving community that puts intelligent, Gospel-centered teaching into practice.


When the Chapel was started in 1841, its ministry changed the lives and communities of what was one of the poorest slums of London. Today, we are every bit as hungry to see our society transformed, and just as counter-cultural.

We love students and seek to support, nurture and bless you during your time in London.

What do we do for students?

We make a big deal of emphasising integration across age groups and demographics, so most of the stuff we do is mixed. However there is a lot of 18-30s social stuff that happens on a relaxed, ad-hoc basis. The best way to keep up with all that is on our Facebook group.

LIFE GROUPS
The best way to meet people and become part of the family is to join a LifeGroup. They are small groups of 8-12 people that meet in homes across the City, eat together, study the Bible, pray for one another and encourage each other in personal evangelism.

COMMISSION STUDENTS & TWENTIES
The Chapel is part of a wider network of churches called COMMISSION and every year we meet with all the other Students & Twenties for worship, teaching and fun.

SUNDAYS:
Our weekly service is at 11am and it is for absolutely anyone and everyone. We start with contemporary worship (old and new songs) and then engage with God’s word through a sermon and prayer. You can also join us online at https://westminsterchapel.online.church/

This service is for you and your friends, whether you believe in Jesus or not (yet)! We love the diversity of ages, races and everything else that God has given us here at Chapel and we celebrate it by all meeting together.
