Across the UK hundreds of churches are waking up to the possibility presented to them by having a university campus on their doorstep.
We are seeing a growing band of student workers working across the churches of the UK who are pioneers into this mission field.
Hi, I'm Pippa.
As more churches realise the potential, the need and the calling to reach out to the students in their cities the
demands for quality training, mentoring and support increase.
Fusion are committed to backing local churches across the UK as they seek to impact the student world for Christ. This is still a relatively new venture for church-based ministry and we are passionate about helping churches thrive as they pioneer in this missional context. We are investing time and resources in developing student worker training and providing a forum where student workers and their teams from differing streams, denominations and university locations can interact, share information and work together towards seeing God’s kingdom come in the lives of the millions of students in the UK.*
The mission is still vast. With only around 1-2% of students connecting with church** we still need many more workers committed to this harvest field. Whether full time, part time, voluntary or current students - Church-based student workers provide continuity, confidence and inspiration to students living for Jesus.
Check out the student work pages on the website or do get in touch to hear more about our local, national and personal student work training and the Fusion Church Connection family.

** Colloquially, we have not yet been able to account for more than 2% of students in church when speaking to student workers and church leaders in UK university cities. The number usually falls below 1% and always below 2%.
