Across the UK hundreds of churches are waking up to the possibility presented to them by having a university campus on their doorstep.
We are seeing a growing band of student workers working across the churches of the UK who are pioneers into this mission field.
Hi, I'm Hannah.
As more are called to student work and employed part-time or full-time, paid or unpaid, the demands for quality training, mentoring and support increase.
Fusion has always seen the potential in student workers and has set itself the task of training, coaching and networking student workers around the country. We are investing time and resources in developing student worker training and providing a forum where student workers from differing streams, denominations and university locations can interact, share information and work together towards building effective and relevant student ministries.
The mission is still vast. With only 2% of students connecting with church we still need many more workers committed to this harvest field. Church-based student workers provide continuity, confidence and inspiration to students living lives for Jesus.
