Fusion's management team meet monthly to plan and actively outwork the vision of Fusion in the United Kingdom. They are responsible for the day-to-day running of the organisation.

Rich Wilson
national team leader
Rich is team leader for Fusion, he works across the four purposes of Fusion to ensure joined up thinking and action for the delivery and expansion of the network. He is responsible for strategy that builds partnerships with students, churches and other organisations. Rich is married to Ness and has been based in Loughborough since 1992. In his spare time helps lead Open Heaven Church, plays golf and supports Man City.

Roger Ellis
management team consultant
As a founder of Fusion, Roger is responsible for consulting with the management team around the development of the overall vision of the initiative. He likes fishing (and talking about it to anyone who'll listen). Don't say we didn't warn you. Roger is a founder member and leader of Revelation Church, which has several hundred people meeting on the South Coast. Much of his time is spent training leaders both in the UK and overseas. In rare time off, he enjoys carp fishing on wet, gusty nights!

Andy Norton
Operations Manager
Andy is Fusion's Operations Manager, responsible for the day-to-day running of Fusion. He provides the logistics to make the Fusion vision a reality! Andy lives in Emsworth on the south coast but originally hails from South Africa. Of missionary stock, he came to England to study for church ministry at the Elim Bible College. After marrying Christine in 1981 and returning to South Africa, Andy was in full-time church ministry until 1999. For the past few years he has worked in the voluntary sector here in England. Andy enjoys watching sport, reading a good novel and being a Dad to four older young people.

Charlotte Carter
Communications manager
Charlotte has worked for Fusion pretty much since the beginning. Having gradually developed her job description into the job she wanted to do she is now responsible for the communications operations within Fusion. She produces Fuse, takes care of the website, prepares mailouts, makes sure that we attend all the summer events and runs the Fusion Student Connection. Charlotte is married to John and they have 3 children.

Luke smith
Church relations developer
Luke is based at St Michael Le Belfrey in York and has come from a sales and marketing background. He has taken a leap of faith by giving up a well paid job in order to join the fusion adventure. We are delighted to have him on board and hope that with his involvement many more churches will be able to play their part in student mission through praying, giving, sending and receiving.

Hannah bowring
student worker developer
Hannah has been around Fusion since 2000 when she was at Birmingham Uni and pioneered the student cells there. After a few years of student work, she moved to HTB in London for 3 years where she was Nicky Gumbel's PA and helped to oversee HTB pastorates. Hannah joined the Fusion team for real in January 2008. Hannah brings many new skills and experiences to the work of Fusion and will provide fantastic support for those involved in student work in local churches.

james hewitt
student mission developer
James has recently graduated from Loughborough University and has squeezed into his 24 years, 2 years in France as a professional cyclist, presenting on cycling.tv and various journalism jobs. He has turned down a well paid graduate job in order to pursue calling and passion with fusion. We are thrilled that James is working with Fusion to develop and promote student mission through churches and with students.
