Rich Wilson - National Team Leader

Rich is team leader for Fusion, he works across the four purposes of Fusion to ensure joined up thinking and action for the delivery and expansion of the network. He is responsible for strategy that builds partnerships with students, churches and other organisations. Rich is married to Ness and has been based in Loughborough since 1992. In his spare time helps lead Open Heaven Church, plays golf and supports Man City.

Luke Smith - Church Relations Manager

Luke lives in York and works for Fusion in connecting with local churches. He travels round the UK encouraging and equipping churches to engage students in mission. He enjoys stand-up comedy, pies and the feeling of being slightly out of control.

Hannah Bowring - Student Work Developer

Hannah provides support and resourcing for those involved in student work in local churches. She has been around Fusion since 2000 when she was at Birmingham Uni and pioneered the student cells there. After a few years of student work, she moved to HTB in London for 3 years where she was Nicky Gumbel's PA and helped to oversee HTB pastorates. Hannah joined the Fusion team for real in January 2008. She lives in London, is part of Bless Community Church and is always on the look out for new tea shops.

Pippa Winterburn - Student Linkup Developer

Pippa is based at G2, part of St Michael le Belfrey Church in York. She supports and equips churches in sending their young people to university through Student Linkup. Her heart is to see these students rise up and take their place with confidence in their God and faith for what He’ll do in and through them. Pippa is at her most happy when she is with people, especially new ones, and also enjoys hot chocolate on a cold day and dancing.

Miriam Swaffield - Student Mission Developer

Miriam has just graduated from the University of York and is staying put in the city to work for Fusion heading up Loveyouruni. She helps lead G2, part of St. Michael Le Belfrey Church, heading up the Student Team. Miriam is sold out for telling people about Jesus who don't yet know him, and is especially passionate about seeing this generation of students transformed by God. She finds most things funny, including herself, and thinks she is more of a surfer than she actually is.

Tom Dean - Work Linkup Developer

Tom has just graduated from Loughborough University and is responsible for our jobs and opportunities site, which is part of the Fusion website. He also works part time as the Student Worker for Open Heaven Church. Tom is looking forward to growing and developing the work that Fusion does with graduates. When he's not in the office Tom enjoys life's adventures including kayaking, snowboarding and aerobatics!

Matt Fisher - General Manager

Matt is Fusion’s General Manager, and is responsible for planning and organising the infrastructure of Fusion. In the Loughborough Office, Matt supports Rich and the rest of the team to ensure smooth day to day operations. Matt is married to Jess and they have recently moved to Leicester with a church planting team. Out of the office Matt enjoys a bit of mountain biking, lots of curry and chilling on the beach with a good book!

Caroline Harmon - Fuse Editor

Caroline edits Fuse, Fusion’s biannual print magazine. She lives in Loughborough were she was originally a student and still gets very excited each autumn when a new wave of Christian freshers arrive in her church. If her house was burning down Caroline would try to save her goldfish Moses her husband Rich, but probably not in that order!
