All Fusion team members raise their salary. They are responding to God's call and need a team around them who support, encourage and pray for them. This is not only good for that team member in confirming their calling to the role, it is also the momentum behind the movement and we believe it is also good for you. Will you be part of their team?
The Fusion family has been one of the primary contexts to raise me and release me into the leader I am today. I have been serving this movement since I came across them as a second year student, and now over a decade later, it is still my absolute privilege to be committed to the university student mission.
I am the first Fusion team member to move outside of the United Kingdom, whilst still carrying the call to see students find hope in Jesus and home in the local church. In this new season of living in the United States of America, I am determined to connect with and serve the places and people who have a heart for young adults and the local church too, just as I did in Europe. In some ways, the US is about a decade behind the UK in the drop-off rate of young people's engagement in church and the deconstruction of faith. There are things we have learnt in Europe that we need to share with the global body of Christ. I hope to be part of Fusion's global story as I base myself with my husband Ben, out of Jacksonville in Florida.

The only way we can serve churches without setting fees, raise younger leaders regardless of background or finances, and invest in thousands of students, is by the resourcing and support of the people of God.
