All Fusion team members raise their salary. They are responding to God's call and need a team around them who support, encourage and pray for them. This is not only good for that team member in confirming their calling to the role, it is also the momentum behind the movement and we believe it is also good for you. Will you be part of their team?
My particular passion is for those serving students in local churches - the student workers. I love that my job is seeing others thrive in their calling. Student workers are full of creativity, perseverance, hope and faith as they show up for students - discipling, praying and sharing the hope of Jesus, term after term. As they see students find hope in Jesus and home in the local church we look to strengthen, resource and support them to persevere. It’s a joy and a privilege to serve the church and students through championing their student workers.
It’s a beautiful thing that, as I seek to strengthen and equip others, I have a team of people who do so with me. My partner team are a whole mix of people who partner for different reasons, but all of them get to be a part of this student mission story and I get an amazing team of advocates standing with me.
