As the number of connection churches grows, the bar is raised for the customer service we wish to deliver. The success of this is based on the quality of relationships we have with church leaders and student workers.
We are looking for an individual who is relational, able to connect with a wide range of people and has an excellent phone manner. This is an exciting part time role in either Loughbrough or York.
You will be invested in, and developed as a Fusion team member – this includes line management, performance evaluations, soft skills tests and development, retreat days, and personal mentoring.
